Testimonials

“In our busy organisation at Mind Jersey Chiara creates a monthly 90-minute calm, reflective environment. Her presence is warm and grounding, helping participants feel genuinely seen and heard. As a team we look forward to the sessions and value them as a supportive space for reflection and learning. Chiara is patient and attentive, holding a safe environment and allowing silence when needed so people can pause and reflect. This space has helped our team better understand the impact of our work in the field of mental health at the same time as understanding the impact on ourselves and our wider community ”

“The ecotherapy group training with Chiara offered the Sanctuary Trust team a valuable opportunity to pause and reflect on our relationship with nature and how this can support wellbeing, both personally and professionally. The sessions deepened our understanding of ecotherapy and highlighted the importance of the natural environment as a therapeutic resource. It encouraged meaningful discussion within the team and prompted us to consider how we can more intentionally integrate nature based approaches into our work at Sanctuary Trust. We even purchased some house plants for our residents to nurture and spent time reflecting as a team about what plants need to thrive (some daily plant talk being our favourite). Overall, the sessions gave us time to stop and reflect and influenced how we think about wellbeing in our day to day practice.”
