EcoSystemic Supervision

Supporting professionals in their training and support their personal and professional development
Chiara can guide you and support you to develop your own practice based on the therapeutic modality you have been trained in, through individual supervision, online webinars, online supervision groups and experiential trainings.

If you are not a counsellor or psychotherapist, you might not require supervision; however, if you are a nature-based worker or a health worker you can still benefit from a reflective space to explore and discuss your dilemmas, cases and practices.

I also offer traditional systemic supervision.

Providing Systemic Supervision

I am an experienced systemic supervisor, tutor and teacher. I have been teaching on the systemic practice foundation and intermediate courses for 12 years in London.

I offer supervision to a range of professionals as well as leading personal and professional development groups. I have been involved in a supervision project for Camden Social Care, delivering supervision of supervision to managers and senior practitioners through the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust in 2017. I have been a visiting lecturer for 15 years for Institute of Family Therapy, Tavistock and Kings College London.

I can support professionals during their training in systemic and family therapy, systemic and family psychotherapists or professionals from other disciplines who are interested in gaining or enhancing their skills in working with families.

Systemic supervision & consultations can be offered through the following:

  • Individual supervision (face to face or online)
  • Tutoring sessions;
  • Group supervision;
  • Personal and professional development groups
  • Ecosystemic Circles online group sessions
  • Professional consultations i.e. one off (individual or group)

New Online Group - Rewilding Super-vision towards Nature-vision

Supporting professionals who are interested in nature-based practices

I am an experienced ecosystemic therapist, supervisor and trainer. If you are working in nature or you are committed to working outdoors or bringing nature into clinical practice, this is a closed group that offers ecosystemic supervision through the Wild Reflecting Team approach. This is why is called Nature-vision as I will invite each one of us to learn to welcome the voices from the wild as multiple perspectives on our professional dilemmas and therapeutic work.

This is a very experiential and innovative way of offering supervision which will enhance our ability to think and to learn from Nature.
