This workshop can be delivered as an online webinar or in person workshop. It will focus on learning a Map for working in Nature based on an ecological and systemic way of thinking about our relationship with Nature and with each other.
The framework can be used by anyone who loves nature and professionals as a self-care tool or as a model of working in nature with individuals, families and groups. It can also be used by parents with their children as a focused nature-connection activity. The framework is flexible and can be adapted to participants' needs, their own style and experiences of relating to Nature.
The key aims of this webinar are the following:
- To learn an ecological systemic framework of working in nature with self, individuals, couples, families and groups
- To share experiences and feedback in adapting the framework to own practice
- To learn from others and make connections with like-minded people

8 step guide for taking therapy outdoors
This online webinar can also be delivered as an individual mentoring session. It will focus on 8 practical steps for professionals who are thinking of taking therapy outdoors or those who are already practicing in Nature. It's based on an ecological and systemic way of thinking about our relationship with Nature and with each other.
This webinar will invite professionals from all backgrounds and modalities to share their experiences about their professional journey in practicing outdoors, adapting any theoretical orientation to the specific context they are embedded in e.g. NHS, social care, private practice, charitable organisations, and community work.
The key aims of this webinar are the following:
- To learn 8 practical steps in taking therapy outdoors based on an ecological systemic framework
- To share own dilemmas, and questions that relate to own specific working contexts
- To learn from others and make connections with like-minded people
